After a morning admiring the wonders of Arundel Castle we decided to stop for a drink & a snack in the coffee shop.

While I was ordering a pot of Earl Grey (Im loving that everywhere in England has my favourite tea), ZZ was drooling over the home-made cakes when he spotted a sign that said “Gluten Free cakes available on request” he whooped in excitement !

In Spain we never find many places offering such a plethora of Gluten Free delicacies as we’ve experienced this week in England.

ZZ chose my favourite, Carrot Cake with Lemon icing. It was truly scrumptious, moist & tangy !
